Great Cover! i can't tell if bob intended to integrate the IRON MAN title into the artwork... but it sure looks like it.

The only Demon In A Bottle era cover with Bethany on it. "Typical" great late 70's early Iron Man work. The 123 Casino Fatale issue has special memories for me, glad I was grabbed p1 many years back when I had the chance.
