Andromeda & Brainiac 5 by Derec Donovan

This is a commission I received as result of backing Derec's Bionic Bombshell comic. Derec is a super-nice and super-talented guy and I was happy to help him fund his comic, which turned out great, by the way. Derec told me his introduction to the Legion was the Legionnaires comic when Chris Sprouse was drawing it, so those are the designs I had him draw. Andromeda and Brainy were one of my favorite not-quite-couples and Derec turned in a spectacular depiction of them. My favorite bits are probably how Andromeda's costume almost but not quite blends in with the stars around her and how Derec drew Brainy's belt. But I love the whole image. Big thanks to Derec and congrats as well on his successful Kickstarter!
