This is a 1999 vintage Frank Cho picture. I believe this was done while Liberty Meadows was still running and certainly before Cho stopped doing drawings at cons. It's a saucy Brandy, exactly what I want in a Cho picture. It's less finished than I'd like, but that was refected in the price I paid.

Below is my digitally finished version. That too is less finished than I'd like, but I plan to fix it later. It is also the reason this is with the naughty bits. The lack of panty lines indicated that she's either wearing a body suit or nothing. I chose the latter.
