A colour page from the British childrens' comic Playhour, probably dating from the late 60s. Jose Ortiz did a lot of painted artwork for nursery titles such as Playhour, Teddy Bear and Once Upon A Time in the late 60s and early 70s and it was usually finished to a very high standard, as here.
