Description

Recreation of the cover to X-Men #43 "The Power of Magneto" (April 1968). "The Art of George Tuska" (2005) credits Mr. Tuska as being the original cover artist. I've seen other sources that credit Tuska and/or John Buscema. Regardless, an awesome cover! This was the first of two recreations of this cover commissioned through Mr. Tuska. Unfortunately, there were a few slight bends (corners) in this artwork due to shipping and Mr. Tuska insisted that he redo the cover. Of course, I loved both versions and paid for both. My favorite part of this commission is that Tuska drew Cyclops' entire body which was not the case on the original cover. Recreation circa 2005. Art board is 17" x 14".
