DescriptionBloodshot vol. 3 # 11 May 2013Harbinger Wars: Bloodshot pg 16 Inks over blue line print outs on art board Writer: Duane Swierczynski Pencils: Barry Kitson (Signed lower right) Inks: Brian Level (Signed top left printed in pencil) Your name is Angelo Mortalli. Your brother is trapped behind enemy lines and on the verge of — no. That’s not right. Your name is Raymond Garrison. You’ve retired from the dangers of the field, but a desperate plea from your oldest friend plunges you into a vicious firefight that — no. That’s not right, either. You are Bloodshot. You are the shade of gray that freedom requires. The perfect confluence of military necessity and cutting-edge technology. A walking WikiLeaks. A reservoir of dirty secrets that could set the world on fire. And you’ve just been captured. Bloodshot #11's all-star creative team of writer Duane Swierczynski and artist Barry Kitson continue the Harbinger Wars. Bloodshot continues his one-man incursion behind the enemy lines of the Harbinger Wars in the next chapter of an all-new, self-contained story arc for the most brutal book on the stands! Everyone says they want what’s best for the children…but Bloodshot’s the only one who’s willing to fight for it. After a lifetime of lies, destruction and pain, he’s vowed to use his extraordinary abilities to do one simple thing: keep these kids alive, even if they’re terrified of him. The war for the escaped children of Project Rising Spirit, however, has been waging longer than Bloodshot realizes. And what can one soldier do when he’s up against two powerful, secret armies? Before H.A.R.D. Corps hits the scene in Harbinger Wars #3 (of 4), find out everything you need to know about the nonstop action event of the summer right here on May 15th, only in Bloodshot #11! This comic pretty much re-told the entirety of the Harbinger Wars 2 comic. It did, but this time from the other side of the story. And it really told quite a bit. I loved Bloodshot's perspective on the story - and the boy taking back and taking over. It's great to see how his internal psyche behaves under the knife of the alternate set of programming. The exploration and the reaction to the buried programming, too. Social/Sharing |

Love your description! So complete, great Bloodshot HW page!I just grabbed that off the Valiant web site. I've found it a lot easier to find descriptions and scans of newer art verses my 90's stuff. I love how his face is still blown apart. It was the reason I got the page. I needed a little of the new Valiant brutality.
