12"x16" - Watercolor over original pencils.

Another fine dark production by Alexander Maleev.

This time is the evil Latveria dictator, Dr. Doom himself! Great colors and impressive details.

Note: I wasn't able to recover date of production of this piece so if anyone can help me I would gift him with a "No Prize" in perfect Marvel Comics style! :)

Wonderful, one of my favorite Maleevs. I actually ordered a Doom from Alex at one point, inspired by this one, but he couldn't finish it and the commission eventually grew a little bigger and became either my Spider-Woman or Daredevil (don't quite remember). Anyway, what an amazing piece of art!

Simply incredible- I love the broken sword- a very Mike Mignola kinda design element...makes me imagine a whole backstory for the piece, like maybe he just slew the Beyonder or something...
