Description

This art accompanied the Baronet limited edition of Will Eisner's 'A Contract With God, and other Tenement Stories'. Both are facial studies of characters from the fourth story, 'Cookalein'. The upper one is Goldie; the finished version appears in the upper panel of page 23. The lower one is Benny; the finished version in in the lower panel of page 51.
