Unfortunately not - there's no writing or markings on either side of the page itself, other than a faintly visible erased penciled 'Underdog pg 4'. I obtained it from eBay in late 2004, and the seller didn't give any info other than the likely publication in Spotlight.
I have a copy of that yellow British HC Cap book, and felt the same way about this cover when I first saw it. Magnificent work!

Awesome pose of one of my favorite monsters! I've got a version Dave Cockrum did of the box art for the model in my 'Comic Art from the Masters' gallery. He chose a similar action shot, but yours is even more dynamic!
