Blok by Derec Donovan

Blok started off as a foe of the Legion of Super-Heroes. He mistakenly though that the Legion was responsible for the destruction of his world, and was manipulated by the Dark Man into joining the League of Super-Assassins. After Blok figured out the truth, he allied himself with the Legion and eventually became one of their loyalest members. Blok is one of the strongest, toughest members of the Legion and his relationship with the White Witch is still one of my favorites. Blok's appearance changed a lot over the years, and this here is one of his least-seen costumes, but I always dug it. It made him look like some kind of space barbarian. And Derec made him look super-powerful here. I love the pose, the rocky background, and even his granite-like toenails. Yet another awesome commission from Derec!
