Description

This is an cover commission featuring The Dark Phoenix by MC Wyman. I loved the original Dark Phoenix story and if you view my galleries you can tell I frequently have her drawn. With this art I got to describe a scene for the cover and Mr. Wyman did a fantastic job!! I wanted to show that, in my opinion, she is the most powerful cosmic character in the Marvel Universe so I had Mr. Whyman draw her fighting other cosmic characters such as Death, Galactus, and the Watcher.

If you ever get a chance to get a sketch or commission from MC Wyman he is worth every dollar spent. Easy to deal with and he delivers art that is simply stunning. (Thank you Mr. Wyman!!).

After getting this art I realized that the Infinity Gauntlet grants whomever possess it ultimate power and wondered what if the Dark Phoenix possessed it? Hence my next commission..... :)
