Once you get past the fact it is a large art Romita ASM, you can see it is a cool composition

Congrads on this master piece. Romita SR, Spidey & Kraven Nuff Said! Even the Vuture JR looks really cool & I was never fan of this version of the Vulture but he still looks cool!

When you showed this to me in San Diego two years ago, I was completely blown away! And while this small image doesn't have quite the same impact as holding it in my hands at the show, the artwork is still every bit as magnificent now as it was then. Even if Spidey wasn't my favorite comic character (which he is), and even if this cover didn't feature two of his classic villains (which it does), and even if I didn't totally dig Romita art (which I do), this cover would STILL be a classic masterpiece! Congrats buddy!

You name it...this one's got it! say what you will about Stan lee but he knew what he was talking about when he wrote that line. I think this is one of the all time great marvel comic covers. Congratulations Joe, what a thrill it must be to see this in person.

My first thought upon seeing this cover was, "Every ASM cover up to 100 is a classic!" and that is true. It has to be so gratifying to own one.
