This page was published in September 2011 and was drawn by Andy Smith.

I first saw the pages for this one-shot issue in Andy's portfolio album before the comic was published and being a silver age Justice League fan, the artwork was right up my alley. However much to my dismay, they were not for sale. Several years later I am looking through Andy's album at another show when I come across this page... with a price sticker on it. I could not believe my luck. It has nice action throughout with Green Lantern (my favorite character) and Hawkman battling Kanjar Ro. So many thanks to Andy for finally selling some of his gorgeous DC Retroactive JLA pages and thanks to the fates for allowing me to spot this one before some other fan bought it.

Lovely page that to me catches the very early feel of the Bronze Ages early years; as the "new kids" started to catch on.. Adams Buckler, Starlin etc.
