Description

This is one of the rare original etchings by Heinrich Kley (1863-1945) depicting animals doing wintersport, made c.1912. The image is 15 : 19.c cm, the paper 26 : 37.5. Signed and numbered.

You can clearly see what fascinated Walt Disney decades later when he was working on his ground-breaking movies Fantasia, Dumbo etc... please see the other three etchings by the artist that I offer for sale.
