Untitled by TONE

TONE is a Montreal based artists. There is a little bit of a comic connection here. I went to a comic show at a convention centre in Toronto. The show was a bust and I was only there for a short time. As I was leaving I noticed they were having a Fine Art exhibition upstairs and so I decided to go. I met TONE there and loved his work. We worked out a price on this large piece. Although you can't really see it on the image, many of the lines are made up of letters and numbers that are stenciled. It is a really cool piece both from a distance and on closer inspection. It has been on a wall and as my opening image on my iphone since getting it 5 years ago. I have since picked up 2 other pieces from him.
