Dave Stevens Tribute Cover

Wouldn't we all loved to have seen this book on the shelves! Dave Stevens contributed some striking Pulp images in his too short lifetime. He also created a character who could stand shoulder to shoulder with the iconic Pulp icons of yesteryear. I approached artist Gary Martin about creating a tribute cover in honor of Dave's Pulp contributions. The tribute would feature some of my favorite Stevens Pulp images. I provided a rough layout for my imaginary book. It would be styled like a classic Pulp Magazine cover from the Golden Age. Gary took the idea and ran with it. When I received the finished piece, it was a dream come true. Gary captures the wonderful essence of Dave's style in a way that others cannot. I'm truly thrilled to own this piece. Thanks Gary!
