Robert Hayward Webb, also known as simply Bob Webb, was an American comic artist active in the 1940s and 1950s through the Iger Shop, headed by Jerry Iger. He drew many features for Fiction House, including 'The Hawk', 'Inspector Dayton', 'Kayo Kirby', 'Sheena, Queen Of The Jungle' and 'Tiger Girl'.

“DUSTY RHODES, just a guy who wants to be a Marine when he grows up - but he's not too young to tumble into plenty of trouble and adventure, which dog his footsteps!” Through a over a dozen issues of Fight Comics (#19-31, 1943-1944) DUSTY stumbles and struggles his way across the land, just trying to regain his footing, and always finding a new way to end up in trouble.
