Description

Here we have an 8 x 10 revision. As you can see, I've worked on the musculature a little. I wanted to go for the lean look originally, but it wound up like this. Maybe I was thinking "older brother" when I was drawing. Also aiming at showing the whites of his eyes and taking a few cues from the comic and movie regarding the frayed mask; Splinter would have no way to afford top of the line stuff, just things that he could cobble together from scraps found in the sewers. For me the bandaged elbows, knees, and arches work better than oversized pads. Haven't drawn the katana yet but will.
