Description
Apparently was done for a charity. Great stomach muscles, just wish Neal had gotten the costume right: The top part of chain link portion should've covered down to the bottom of his chest & he forgot to draw in the stripes. The right arm pose is also kinda awkward.

Would love to know the year he did this. Anyone know?
