Dave Hoover-color Zatanna

After buying this from ComicLink, I thought it looked like a print. It was too smooth. Then I saw another drawing here with the exact black lines but slightly darker color. So I really thought I had a print until I took it to a jeweler so I could borrow their loop to take a closer look at it. One of the guys pointed to slight pencil lines outside the figure, so whew! Yes, I own an original Dave Hoover! But can anyone explain the other "Zatanna Spellcaster" artwork? It was posted 1/9/11 but I can't find it here now. Did Hoover make a print of the black line drawing then color it fresh?
