Description

I illustrated this cover for IDW's MARS ATTACKS: FIRST BORN #2. It was the subscription cover for the mini series written by Chris Ryall and drawn by Sam Kieth. It pays homage to WALLY WOOD'S great EC COMICS cover from WEIRD SCIENCE #18. I had a lot of fun drawing this one--who doesn't like seeing two kids in a flying saucer dropping a huge, nuclear mushroom cloud with the face of a screaming Martian???
