The other half of the Christmas present surprise from my ridiculously generous friend is this amazing piece by Anthony Castrillo, who rather than doing a commission in and of itself, went to all the trouble to fake-up an amazing cover for an issue that never was.

So we have some homicidally hilarious hypnosis from the Harlequin of Hate... is Batman in a trance, unable to help Robin, or is Robin even there and it's all an illusion in Batman's head?

This really is classic in every sense of the word, isn't it?
