I was starting to wonder if anyone was ever going to suggest Ultron, then Tyler Champion nailed him. I was lucky enough to run into Tyler's work on the Statue Forum's Comic Art thread, very fortuitous indeed. Tyler had never done Iron Man before, so he enjoyed trying to cram as much of Stark's armor into the piece as he could. The details are amazing to see. Thanks Tyler!
