sorry about the crappy pic from a crappy phone, but when I handled this piece the other day (something I have been loathe to do, but what a thrill touching something Shuster handled!) I noticed the back of the paper had two signatures and the text written on it.
I was under the impression it was only signed JOSH on the front, so I either never noticed or quickly forgot. SO, after a couple of days convincing myself my scanner will never work again, somebody smarter than me suggested taking a picture with my phone.
here we are. sorry to involve you in my little happy dance and lousy photography,
BUT YEAH BABY! Actual Shuster pieces seem to be the rarest art around. He got so big so fast, its a pity that he didnt have to do more work in the early days! Such a giant in the industry, he gets short shrift.
