Description
Dotty Dripple was a family gag a day strip by Buford Tune that ran 1944-1974. Harvey Comics, did a comic book and used this illustration by the creator twice as shown below. The second time, it apparently used a transparency to make the ladies' hair match the style that appeared in the comic strip at that time and cut off the original topper to put the new one on.
