Description

I'd enjoyed putting together the "last issue spectacular" covers that Mitch did for me so much that I couldn't help but think about building out that 80's Crusaders universe.

I wish I could offer some great story about how I came up with this one but, really, I just wanted as many villains on one cover as possible just to showcase them. When I couldn't fit them all on the last issue's cover the story became a two parter. This issue's cover is based around Mark Bagley's cover for Fantastic Four #15. As always, I hope Crusaders fans approve :)

I'm a fan of TJ's work and as this is the last of the covers he did for me I'm said to see his "run" come to an end. That said, I think he goes out guns blazing! I'll miss his CatGirl, the intensity he gives the Jaguar and of course the faces. This cover's worth it just for Doctor Evil and the Deathless Smiler alone.

Wow! TJ's final cover is his best yet. Looks like he will be free now for some Nova work! :) Looking forward to next months King-Sized Special!! Very cool as usual!
