Description

This is the first page of Danger Girl #1 (there was an eight page preview story first). If you notice a slight resemblance to a former art dealer, well, you'd be right, although I don't wear glasses anymore and my hair isn't nearly so long. I was the model for Duncan in the series, the guy behind the scenes who makes things happen. Notice that Jeff was nice enough to have Salma Hayek bringing me my drink. My pal! My only regret is that there wasn't a Duncan action figure... some day!

Occasionally, I come across something on CAF that shamefully has way too few comments. This is one of those pieces. I'd always wondered about Campbell's design for Duncan (no offense, but one of these things is not quite like the others, lol), so it's great to know the story behind the character. A page from the Danger Girl original series has alwasy been the biggest of dream pieces for me - thanks for sharing this one!
