From the 1977 British Comic Art Convention (Comicon) convention booklet.

This predates work by Bolland directly for DC, and thus seems to be the very first published Batman illo by Bolland

Great, early work by Bolland. His lines were great right from the start of his career. Interesting to see a "B B" signature on this, but he was experimenting with his signatures back then.
