Description

It sucks that I haven't been able to get much from Billy this past year but I'm definitely happy I got this from him. It's the first time I've ever seen him work with markers in a sketch.

Niki is one of the most likable protagonists from the Fear Street books in that she's smart, sensible, caring, and brave. She doesn't get involved in the prank war that springs up between those who were invited to Justine Cameron's Halloween party, and actually bothers to find out why Justine invited them in the first place as not only are the party goers vastly different but Justine is very mysterious and suspicious. Niki is also deaf but an excellent lip reader, and it's her disability that helps her save everyone from a fiery death. She's also a talented seamstress and designed the costume she wore to the party, which can be found on the original cover.

I love how Billy included the pumpkin skull from the cover in the background.
