DescriptionSold At Auction June 20-23, 2024 Heritage Signature. Here's a really nice cover with the story continuation of the US Spectacular Spider-Man #1. The tiger on the left is a Photostat, and the Captain Britain box. Else is art (excepting the titles). Great image!edit 11/11/2023 Many of the covers from the Super Spider-Man and Captain Britain run were repurposed from concurrent US monthly titles such as Spectacular Spider-Man. This one only saw print for the British weekly, as far as I know, likely sourced from Marvel bullpen inventory by Larry Lieber, inked by Frank Giacoia. Social/Sharing |
