Description

Iceman transformation in the top panels...a swinging Spidey in the middle panel...and Firestar (signed by her co-creator) in a bottom left panel. It's all there! Totally awesome! If you grew up in the early 80s, you remember the super fun NBC animated series SPIDER-MAN AND HIS AMAZING FRIENDS! The creators wanted to team up Spider-Man and Iceman with the Human Torch, but the rights to the Human Torch character were tied up....so enter: Angelica Jones...FIRESTAR! While this title is out of the Marvel continuity, it is the first comic book appearance of FIRESTAR. (Her 1st appearance in the "Marvel Universe" was in Uncanny X-Men #193, May 1985)

I saw this one up on eBay - congrats on picking it up! As a kid of '80's Spidey and his Amazing Friends was one of my top shows so it's cool to see rare pieces like this posted!
