collecting artwork is certainly a hobby i enjoy. sometimes I'm in awe of the talent and effort. those are great pieces to land. others are even more meaningful examples. some pieces really hit it on a personal level. these zombie chasers covers from david degrand are very special to me. when my son was young, before he could read for himself, my wife and i looked for books to read to him that were fun, exciting, well put together etc. we found these, zombie chasers. fun stuff, playful with gross out gore. the covers are loaded with the same vibe artwork. the books also have pics sprinkled thru out the chapter breaks etc. there are seven books total. i contacted the artist for the last four novels and he was willing to part with some of the art. so happy to have them here. no doubt when i see this artwork i can't help but be transported years back reading these books to my young son.
