Before a frail Steve Rogers became the Sentinel of Liberty known as Captain America, Rogers was an artist that used his talents to help fund the war effort. Page one of Avenging Spider-Man (Issue #5), treats readers to the "actual" work product of Rogers which has--as the story eludes to--increased in value.

To my knowledge, there has been no other time/issue wherein Steve Rogers' "work" has been featured so prominently.

Inked by Gerry Alanguilan, Gerry completes the piece and gives it life.
