(Federator/Nickelodeon) The Fairly OddParents is a Nickelodeon 'Nicktoons' cartoon that began airing in 1998. It's one of Nick's longest running cartoons, behind only SpongeBob and RugRats.
This 3 cel setup on the matching hand-painted background is from the second episode, "Too Many Timmys" which first aired on September 25, 1998. It features the main character, Timmy Turner, as well as his cruel babysitter Vicky.
