DescriptionRangers of Freedom Comics #1 Pg. 44 from 1941. This story is the first appearance of Rocky Hall, Jungle Stalker. And also introduced here is Gary Murray, the Jungle Boy, who is known as "Gay-Ree". Large Golden Age art measuring 16 1/2" by 22". I've seen the artwork credited to Robert Bugg, but that may or may not be accurate, as there's also possible attributions to others. Either way, a classic Fiction House page from early in the Golden Age.Social/Sharing |
