DescriptionI was a big fan of Marvel's Ultimate Universe, but especially their take on the Avengers. Add two of my favorite artists -- Chris Bachalo and Tim Townsend -- and this splash became a personal favorite the minute I saw it in print.Thor, Captain America, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Wasp. This one has them all. Except Iron Man. And the kitchen sink. I picked up the prelim to this splash a long time ago, and always wondered where the final art was. When it showed up on ComicLink recently my heart literally skipped a beat. I don't buy a lot of art these days, but I knew right away this one was coming home. it will be one of two splashes from this book to have a permanent spot on the wall. Social/Sharing |

Very cool you were able to pair the published with the prelim! Great team shot here in that unique CB style, with TT providing the gloss. Sincere congrats on picking up a personally important piece!
