FOR SALE The Heroes, c.1981

From the Heritage listing:

"...pure graphite and titled "The Heroes", although that may not be the title of the film itself. It appears to feature a young Sylvester Stallone and Terry-Thomas... possibly even John Hillerman. The image area on the illustration board is approximately 15.5" x 16". There is water damage along the bottom edge, but not into the image area."

Obviously a test piece done by the artist, though I would've paid good money to see a movie starring John Hillerman, Terry-Thomas, Sylvester Stallone and Dorothy Tutin as the sexy nurse...

It's been indicated to me (and certainly seems possible) that this is Howard Terpning.
