DescriptionBought this at the 1985 United Kingdom Comic Art Convention in a charity auction; my first piece of comic art. Next I sought out Mr Bolland in the bar to have it personalised. Didn't go to another Convention until 2016... where I met Mr Bolland again and, tongue tied, bought a Joker sketch from him. The Batman drawing appeared in the Convention booklet and later as a cover for the UK fanzine Speakeasy, issue. Bolland is one of my absolute favorites and to get this good of a sketch of Batman from him was unusual even back then. Thank you for sharing it.
