Athlita comics was launched by former Chicago Bear, Israel Idonije. Their premiere book launched in Chicago at C2E2 and I was there. No individual issues were published but the book became a motion comic on Madefire and a TPB was published. The story of pro athletes who discover super powers to defend Earth from an alien invasion. Written by Ron Marz and drawn by my favorite penciller, Bart Sears.
