Description

John Rea Neill produced many interior illustrations for the Munsey pulp chain in the 1920's and 1930's, particularly for Argosy. I recently picked up several originals by him, both from Argosy and All-Story Love, which seem to all be from the period 1929-1931. This one appeared in Argosy, June 6, 1931, for "The Hard Cider Ghost" by William Merriam Rouse.
