DescriptionThis is one of the first vintage comic strip specialty drawings that I bought. I picked it up sometime in the mid-1980s and never tire of seeing these goofy faces. It's the only drawing that I seen where Gross has depicted three characters from his two different strips. Iggy the dog and Count Screwloose were characters in Count Screwloose of Tooloose, while Dave was featured in Dave's Delicatessen. The drawing dates from 1933.Social/Sharing |
