Judge Dredd by Ian Kennedy

Ian Kennedy is a 100% British comics/2000ad legend.

He first started his career in the late 1940's, and he is still producing quality work today.

I would have first come across, and instantly loved, his work in the early to mid 70's, as he was a staple of the numerous World War II comics that was so prevalent back then.

Later on, when sci-fi became the genre of choice for the UK comics market, he successfully made the transition to 2000ad and it's sister publications.

Of course, he still maintained a considerable presence for those war themed comics, and publications, that continued to be produced.

So, super happy to have met Ian, and of course I just had to buy some of the art he was selling. Wish I'd bought more!
