Robo Hunter and 2000ad Art Droids UKCAC '96

A curiosity from Ebay here...

Sam Slade on top of a group of 2000ad art droids trying to get to the bar at UK Comic Art Convention 1996.

Not familiar with Mike Perkins or whether he worked for 2000ad but judging by the quality of this piece I'd like to see more of it.

The droids:
Pretty sure the one on the extreme right with the little 'tache is Brian Bolland. Don't know who the one in the baseball cap is..
Or the one peeking out from behind Sam Slade's leg..
Is the one with his hand on another's head Mike McMahon..?
Don't know who the one who looks like Ronald Regan is..
Pretty sure the one being pinned down is Kevin O'Neil.
