Belle's Magical World Beast, Cogsworth, and Lumiere Production Cel Animation Art (Walt Disney, 1998). The year 2016 is the 25th anniversary year for the original Disney animated feature film Beauty and the Beast. This animated classic inspired a direct to video titled Belle's Magical World. This was released on January 1st, 1998 and had four shorts on the video. It should be noted the original Beauty and the Beast had no hand-painted production cels. This Direct to video film did, however, and this is a rare hand-painted production cel of The Beast with Cogsworth and Lumiere from that show. The cel is stamped Show 1 Scene 150, and a Disney Television seal is on the cel, with a Disney COA on the back of frame. There are great images of 4", 5" and 9" on this impressive cel. It is placed on a print background for presentation purposes. Plexiglas front framed to 19" x 17". In Fine condition.
