Description

When I spotted this in a recent auction I knew what it was exactly. THIS was the key promotional art for one of the central protagonists in NBC's HEROES television show. It prominently features Hiro Nakamura "Master of Space and Time". It was extensively in the promotion of the show and actually appeared on the show itself.

It was used as:
1)The published cover art to the San Diego Comic Con Variant of Heroes 9th Wonders #1.
2)Printed on promotional buttons and posters promoting the television show at San Diego in 2006.
3)Printed on Banners and displayed throughout the convention center at San Diego that year.
4)Appeared on the show itself on the cover to a 9th Wonders comic in a comic shop.

I loved this show and I loved what a big role Tim Sale's artwork played on the series and helped move the plot forward. I am happy to have found one of the pieces that helped launch the franchise.

Great find! I remember the show well - a precursor to many of the shows that are popular today. Congrats!
