Hi - I got this quote from the man himself, my mentor and pal, Mr. Frank Cirocco... "Done in the early to mid-seventies ('73 - '75) possibly for a fanzine, but I doubt it. I think it was a reject - even in my formative years I tried not to let sub-par work like this get out. Hurts my eyes to look at it, but I suppose we all have to start somewhere..." Hope that helps!
