Description

New artwork? Nah, just the combined image of three outstanding pieces done for me by the incomparable Darryl Banks featuring the long-unpublished heroes of the Harvey Comics Universe! Even though these were drawn for me years ago, I still get a kick out of seeing them. These characters had their very brief heyday in the 1960s. Looking at this makes me think that the right creative people could make these characters appealing today -- and one of those people should be Darryl Banks!

Rob, if I can't get you to put some Banks pencils and Bob Almond inks in your gallery, then I've failed as a nagging fellow comic art collector. :-)

Simply OUTSTANDING! I looove series pieces like this- sorta a "jam piece", but all from the same artist! I don't know the characters, but the piece makes me want to read up on them!

This is great! I am trying to do a project with them, hopefully in the not so distant future! Currently I have a project with other A-list Simon and Kirby heroes! Banks did a fantastic job!
