"Raccoonwatcher" By Grim Wilkins

When Grim launched his kickstarter for Issue 2 of his comic Mirenda I knew I wanted to pledge for another commission by him. This time I had decided I was going to get a piece with his character Mirenda. Near the end of the kickstarter Grim announced a new print that he had drawn. It was an homage to Moebius' "Starwatcher". When I saw that the original was available I quickly backed that tier instead of the commission tier. It only made sense to pledge a little more and receive a stunning piece that was larger then what I was originally pledging for. That and I knew exactly what I would be getting for my pledge.

The piece is absolutely gorgeous. Grim's art is phenomenal and the piece is mesmerizing in hand. All of the small details are fantastic and his linework is absolutely flawless. There is not a mistake to be seen on the entire piece. If you aren't reading this book you should really check it out. It's a wordless comic but it really showcases Grim's amazing art. I'm very happy to have this stunning piece in the collection.
