Description

This was a published cover for IDW's ROM #4 comic book. I pencilled this onto 11x17" bristol board and inked it with a Raphael Kolinsky inking brush and superblack india ink. The star patterns were created by spattering acrylic paint onto the board via a toothbrush. The texture on the planet was done with by dipping a piece of tube sock into ink and stamping the texture onto the paper.
