Description

Last issue: The New Sphinx/Richard Rider put his new found power to good use assisting General "Thunderbolt" Ross in the capture of The Incredible Hulk! All seems good for the former Man Called Nova!

3 months later!

Crime in NYC is at an all time low. Richard Rider's family now resides in the previous Sphinx fortress/palace in upstate New York, much to the dismay of former Sphinx loyalist's Sayge and Kur. He and his family have everything they ever dreamed of in their hands and the world is a much safer place.

Then why is Richard Rider/Sphinx so unhappy? Has his new found "God-like" power become boring? Or is it just to much hassle for a 17 year old high school student who now has to patrol and protect and the Planet Earth?

The Ka-Stone has certainly changed life for Rich and everyone else!

But others are watching from the shadows. Sinister forces who wonder themselves what unlimited potential they could possess if the Ka-Stone belonged to them.

Rich's life is about to become less boring!

Jason Heichel once again provides some powerful pencils here. It's no wonder he is my Nova go-to guy! If your smart you'll commission Jason yourself!!!

Next issue: The Battle for the Ka-Stone begins!

Joe Singleton created the Nova/Sphinx, and I agree that he did a fantastic job! Jason Heichel also did some cool work designing the clothing for Rich's Dad and Brother here!
